About the service
The dry rooms or the dry rooms are areas where the humidity is low. These areas are usually designed in a way that keeps moisture away, and often they use them for special purposes, for example for storing sensitive materials, for laboratories or for manufacturing facilities.
The dry rooms are usually kept at a relative humidity of 10 % or lower. This may be achieved with using dehumidifiers, air conditioning systems and other humidity regulating equipment. The low humidity helps in preventing the growth of bacteria, it decreases the risk of corrosion of sensitive equipment, and to retain the integrity of materials that are sensitive to moisture.
The dry rooms implemented by us meet all the related international standards and provisions. As experienced cleanroom specialists we undertake to establish also the dry rooms that are needed for the production of lithium ion batteries. We undertake the assessment of the demands, designing, manufacturing and installation. We leave nothing to chance!
Our steel structure supports are able to carry the weight of the walls, the ceiling of the dry room and the weight of any equipment or machines that are placed in the room. These supports are also for carrying the weight of the HVAC systems, lighting and those other public utilities that are needed for the operation of the dry room.
Our highly educated engineers are able to design and realise complex dry room machinery systems. They have outstanding knowledge in the area of air filtering, ventilation systems and air pressure regulation, with taking into consideration the criteria of temperature, humidity and other environmental factors.
We are committed to designing, implementing and building dry rooms that meet the strict cleanness standards required in the specific industrial sectors, as e.g. in the area of battery production.
The dry room ceiling not only has to resist frequent cleaning and disinfection, and to be antistatic, well sealing, but it also has to carry out a number of other functions in order to ensure an optimal manufacturing environment. During designing the specific manufacturing processes, their environmental requirements have to be taken into consideration. Such requirements are e.g. the installation of lighting and of the electric equipment, fire resistance and sound insulation.
Each dry room used for producing batteries has to also meet strict requirements. Our engineers specialised for implementing dry rooms use moisture repellent, easily cleanable, fire resistant and robust dry room wall panels (Flexwall, Hardwall, Softwall) that provide protection against electrostatic discharge.
The dry room doors are an important part of the dry room. These robust, airtightly closing, reliable dry room doors had been designed in a way that prevents the ingress of contaminations into the surroundings of the dry room, and which sustains the required cleanness level within the facility. They may be customized depending on the area of their use, they may be electrically interlocked, for using one or two wing opening doors or sliding doors in a sterile environment.
The dry room windows offered by us also depend on the area of use, there are numerous solutions available to our clients. With the aid of completely plane, recessed cleanroom windows it is possible to prevent the accumulation of dust particles. The dry room windows meeting the ISO standards, made from tempered or even safety glasses meet all the demands of our clients, from the microbiological sector though optics up to the aviation industry.
