In addition to this, numerous strict criteria have to be met in order to allow the room to observe the original requirements, pressure and other performance characteristics concerning cleanness, temperature and humidity, independently of the outdoor atmospheric circumstances.

STEEL STRUCTURE SUPPORTS
Our steel structure supports are able to carry the weights of the walls, of the ceiling of the cleanroom and the weight of any equipment or machine that is placed within the cleanroom. These elements also support the HVAC systems, lighting and other public utilities needed for the operation of the cleanroom.
Similarly to the modular cleanroom wall systems, it is also simple to install them and to reconfigure the layout of the cleanroom. These elements may be easily cleaned and maintained. This is important in clean room environment, where cleanness and sterility are of paramount importance.
CLEANROOM MACHINERY
Our highly trained engineers are able to design and realise complex cleanroom machinery systems. modulAR CLEANROOM WALL SYSTEMS
The type of the modular cleanroom wall system (Flexwall, Hardwall, Softwall) used depends on the special requirements of the cleanroom, but it may be said that the wall of each cleanroom had been designed in a way that allows smooth and easily cleaning in the interest of minimising the risk of contamination. It is important that the modular cleanroom wall systems consisting of sandwich panels have to be free of air, and they have to prevent the infiltration of the particles that are in the air, ensuring through this that the environment of the cleanroom is free of contaminations.
CLEANROOM CEILING
The cleanroom ceiling is not only a smooth drop ceiling. It was designed in a way that it will resist frequent cleaning and disinfection, and it is well sealable. It is possible to place within the cleanroom ceiling a number of such cleanroom devices that are indispensable for appropriately operating a cleanroom environment. These include for example the ventilation grids, the HEPA or ULPA filters, special lamp bodies. The closely fitting modular cleanroom ceiling panels and cleanroom equipment ensure for the workers the appropriate circumstances that are needed for their work.
CLEANROOM DOORS
The cleanroom doors represent an important part of the cleanroom. These massive, airtightly closing, reliable cleanroom doors were designed in a way that prevents the ingress of contaminations into the environment of the cleanroom, and that sustains within the facility the required cleanness level. Depending on the area of use they may be tailor-made, they may be interlocked electrically, they may be one or two wing openable doors or sliding doors appropriate for sterile environments.

With the completely flat, recessed cleanroom windows it is possible to prevent the accumulation of dust particles. The cleanroom windows corresponding to the ISO standards, made from tempered glasses or even from safety glasses meet all the demands of our clients, from the microbiological industrial sector through optics up to the aviation sector.
